Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates)

Standard shipping: AED 30.00, delivered within 3-5 business days.

Free standard shipping on all orders over AED 200.00.

 

International Shipping

We are currently working on expanding delivery to international destinations. International shipping rates and availability will be confirmed at checkout once enabled for your country.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Luxe Designing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim.
